On March 27, 2026, the Pan-Afrikan Liberation Movement issued a critical community alert — one that doesn't just educate, but demands action. This is political education framed as survival intelligence for African people in a rapidly destabilizing America.
TL;DR: PLM's latest dispatch defines the 5 Laws of Power, analyzes the real conditions driving America toward civil conflict, and issues a concrete readiness checklist — because knowing is not enough. African people must prepare.
Power Is Not What They Told You
Most of us have been taught that power is a personal achievement — something you

accumulate through hustle, strategy, or cleverness. The popular "48 Laws of Power" frames it as an individual game. PLM rejects this entirely!
Power, properly understood, is a collective force. It is never granted to the oppressed. It must be built, organized, and wielded by a unified people on behalf of their own interests. PLM has identified 5 laws that cut through the confusion:
Power is never given to an oppressed people.
Power lies in the ability of a people to define and conceptualize their own reality.
Power is a group dynamic.
Power serves the sole interests of the power holder.
Only power can contend with and ultimately defeat power.
This is not theory. This is the framework that guides every decision the Pan-Afrikan Liberation Movement makes — from community food distribution to political agitation. The New African Revolutionary VanGuard trains freedom fighters who are disciplined in this understanding and committed to building African sovereignty through Scientific Pan-Africanism.

Is America Heading Toward Civil War?
A growing number of historians and social forecasters say yes — and the evidence is hard to dismiss.
Three conditions are converging to create the environment for an American uprising:
Over-militarization of society: With approximately 434 million guns in civilian hands and local police forces acquiring military-grade equipment, the infrastructure for internal conflict already exists. Coup attempts have already occurred — twice in recent memory.
The collapse of the American Dream: The belief that hard work leads to success has been exposed as a myth. Extreme inequality, the criminal involvement of American politicians and influencers in global trafficking networks, and the spectacular failure of democracy have buried the narrative that once held this nation together.
Total loss of trust in institutions: The 2008 financial crisis, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the COVID-19 response, and the rise of AI displacing the workforce — each of these events stripped away another layer of public faith in government, media, science, the military, and universities.
History is clear: when these three forces converge, there is an uprising.
PLM is watching for the signals that confirm this trajectory — including a reintroduction of a military draft and a state secession; or, the retreat of American military from the Middle East, and the expansion of the Chinese Yuan as a global currency replacing the petrodollar.
What Dr. Claude Anderson Saw Coming

Dr. Claude Anderson has been sounding this alarm for decades. In his lectures from the early 2000s, he described the very conditions African Americans now face. PLM has consistently aligned with this foresight — and is now calling our community to act on it.
This is not fear. This is preparation. This is readiness.
✅ Stock dried foods (chickpeas, beans, legumes)
✅ Secure spring water and locate local flowing water sources
✅ Build up medical supplies
✅ Acquire fire-making tools and solar-powered generators
✅ Establish home defense
✅ Lock into a ready African-centered community in your area
The New African Revolutionary VanGuard is not waiting to see what happens. We are building the infrastructure of a free people — now.
May the ancestors continue to bless and guide PLM.
