"The Pan-African Liberation struggle is a professional endeavor; an initiative requiring skilled personnel. Amateurs will never win inside of a professional arena against professionals." - Baba Imhotep Fatiu
For the past three years, PLM has hosted internal classes and workshops geared towards our professional development as leaders and executors in the Pan-African struggle for sovereignty. As with most long-standing Black organizations with years invested into transforming the lives of our people influenced by the ma'afa, we have experienced our share of victories, setbacks, confusion, misunderstanding, miscommunication, development and decline. Learning from ourstory, we have initiated these workshops to further develop the clarity needed to efficiently effectuate our role(s) to fulfill our 8-point political agenda and our duties as Fatiu - New African Revolutionary Vanguards.
UrBan Philosophy dictates that the realization for African sovereignty cannot be achieved by wishful thinking or good intentions. There is a correct way to do everything. There is always a best way to do something in order to maximize your results; and this is true regarding nation building. It can only be produced by qualified leaders who have a clearly defined ideology, will, have an acute understanding of the problems we face and the vision to bring forth a successful solution to those problems. It requires someone who has been tested and who has demonstrated their capacity to overcome challenges while maintaining their Africanity.
